Start water and get noodles boiling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In oven safe skillet add ground beef a sprinkle of both cactus dust and heat and brown the beef
Once ground beef is fully browned remove and let set on paper towel lined plate.
Remove all but about 1 Tablespoon of the fat from the skillet.
To the skillet add diced bell pepper and onions. Let simmer for about 5 minutes before adding the beef back to the pan.
Once beef is added back, add in Moppin Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce. Stir till combined
Remove the beef mix from skillet and set aside. You will use the skillet in the next step so no need to clean it.
You will not use all the cheese for this step maybe ONLY about a ¼ of it. In the bottom the cooked shells place a small piece of cheese.
Cover with ground beef mixture.
Place in the skillet that you cooked the ground beef in. Continue doing this till all the shells and ground beef has been used.
In saucepan add beef broth, milk and corn starch and whisk.
Turn the heat to medium high and add the rest of the cheese that you did not use when place it into the shells.
Continue to stir, till cheese is melted. Pour the sauce around the shells. f you have any remaining sauce, you can save to top on the shells when you serve them.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
