Pre heat grill to 275 degrees.
In Grill safe pan sauté the onion and jalapenos over medium heat. Sprinkle heavily with Everglades Cactus Dust and Heat. Cook till softened.
Cook noodles of your choosing according from the directions on the box.
To the onion mixture add butter. When butter is melted add flour, wish and cook till light brown in color.
Slowly begin adding the ½ and ½ by whisking and making sure you as you add it is being incorporated.
Once all the half and half is added complete the same process with the milk.
Add the cream cheese cook stirring until fully melted.
- Then add the freshly grated cheeses.
- Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce.
If using leftover pulled pork warm slightly in the microwave to make it easier to add the moppin sauce to.
Add moppin sauce to pulled pork.
Put pulled pork on top of the macaroni.
Place pan on grill and cook till the pork is reheated thoroughly and the mac and cheese begins to bubble.
This made a TON of food so make sure you invite friends over or reduce the recipe by over ½.
