Crock Pot Hot Wings
Chicken drumsticks (skinless or skin-on for extra crispiness)
Crystal hot sauce or Texas Pete
4-tbsp margarine
3-tbsp Everglades Heat
1-tbsp Everglades Seasoning
3-tbsp vegetable oil
Everglades Moppin’ BBQ Sauce
Rub chicken wings with Original Everglades Seasoning and Everglades Heat seasonings and then put into crock pot. Cover with a hot sauce, pads of margarine and vegetable oil. Let cook for 4-6 hours on low in the crock pot. You can then either bake on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes to get crispy (skin-on) or just serve with Everglades Moppin’ BBQ Sauce (skinless).
