Low-Fat Meat Loaf
Makes 4 servings
2 lb lean ground beef (turkey if desired)
½ ts Everglades Seasoning ½ cup Egg substitute
1/4 cup celery, chopped fine 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup Non-fat milk
Mix all ingredients. Press into loaf pan and bake 350 degree oven 1½ hours or until done.
