Oven Barbecued Chicken
Makes 4 servings
1 Large whole chicken
3 tb Oil
Cactus Dust BBQ Rub to taste
15 oz Everglades Moppin' Grillin' Sauce
Wash and dry chicken and place in large baking pan. Cover with oil and rub on Mesquite-flavored Cactus Dust BBQ Rub all over chicken and under. Pour half of the bottle of Everglades Moppin’ Sauce over chicken and bake uncovered 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Baste with remaining sauce every 15 minutes or so. Will fall off the bone!
Serve with Garlic Mashed Potatoes seasoned with Everglades Seasoning.
