Quick Chicken Pot Pie
2-5 oz. can boned white chicken meat
1-can cream of chicken soup 4-cooked potatoes, cubed
1-can white corn drained
1 ½ tsp Everglades Seasoning
½ stick butter or margarine
1-small onion
1-5 oz. package of Bisquick
1/2- cup milk
Sauté onion in butter until tender. Combine first 5 ingredients with onion and
butter; pour into greased casserole dish. Mix Bisquick and milk; spread over
top of casserole or drop by spoonfuls. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
