Reuben Casserole
1 ¾ Cups drained Sauerkraut
1 lb. sliced or canned corned beef
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
3 tbsp. Everglades Remoulade Sauce
1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. melted butter
Topping: 1 small can French Fried Onions OR 1 cup crumbled cracker crumbs w/ 1/3 cup melted butter
Combine melted butter, sugar & Remoulade sauce together in a bowl. Layer in greased 8x8 baking dish: Sauerkraut Corned Beef Swiss Cheese Remoulade mixture Cover with topping of your choice Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
