Salmon Croquettes (Makes about 8)
2 cups flaked salmon
4 Tbsp flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp minced onion
1 tsp Everglades® Fish & Chicken
½ tsp Everglades® Seasoning
1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup milk
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Fry in hot oil in heavy skillet until browned
