Scrambled Eggs Everglades
Combine: 4 eggs, 3/4 tsp Everglades Seasoning, 1/4 cup milk
Melt: 2 Tbsp margarine or butter
Add: 2 whole scallions, chopped
Sauté scallions in butter until tender; add egg mixture. Scramble together until desired doneness.
