Pre warning we didn’t do much measuring it was a based on just what we liked and what flavors we wanted.
Preheat oven to 400.
Clean and cut carrots in to “stick” shape. Our grocery store already sell them in the shape so we cheated and bought them pre cut. Place carrots in large bowl and very lightly coat them in olive oil (best way to do this is by using your hands) once the olive oil is on there toss with your Everglades of Choice we used the Everglades All Purpose.
On baking sheet spread even layer of the carrots. Giving extra space between them.
Sprinkle lightly with parsley. Depending on how many you are making you might need to use two sheet so there is space between them.
Place in oven and cook till carrots are soft.
Ours took about 15-20 minutes. Cooking time depends on the sizes of your pieces.
Chipotle Garlic Aioli
(Again we didn’t measure... sorry) but it was about a cup of mayo and probably 3-4 cloves of garlic finely minced and crushed.
Everglades Cactus Dust to your liking and the parsley.
Combine these ingredients and let it rest to the side before serving.
