Who needs store bought tortilla chips? It's way too easy to make them!
Heat oil to 375.
Cut tortillas into triangles.
Carefully drop tortilla triangles into the hot oil and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes. Use tongs to flip them over 1/2 way through.
When light brown in color remove from oil and place on paper towel lined baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle with Everglades heat.
Let them cool some and enjoy!!
