Ribs on the Grill type of day!
Baby back ribs
1 stick of butter
1 cup apple juice
Start by getting your grill up to 225 degrees.
Remove the silver skin from the ribs.
Rub a layer of yellow mustard on all sides of the ribs.
Sprinkle with a small amount of Everglades All Purpose and a heavy layer of Everglades Rub.
Place on grill and let smoke for 1 hour.
Start making spray.
Melt butter, add apple juice and moppin sauce.
Carefully pour mixture into spray bottle.
Give a good spray on the ribs every 15-20 minutes.
Continue cooking for an additional hour while spraying.
Remove ribs from the grill and place on large piece of aluminum foil and sprinkle the Turbinado Sugar on top.
Wrap up tight and place back on grill for an additional hour.
After they have finished cooking remove from the grill unwrap, slice and serve them up!!
