This Roasted Garlic Marinade has endless possibilities...

Jazz up beef, pork, vegetables, or seafood. 

Shake well before using. Place meat in bowl or bag. Add marinade make sure the meat is covered. Cover bowl or seal bag. Let marinade in refrigerator for half hour or overnight for fuller flavor. Stir meat once or twice to be sure all the meat is marinated evenly. Grill, broil, or bake.
